Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Ordering
Wholesale –
Order minimum: 5 slings
Order maximum: none – but large orders may be subject to longer lead times.

Sling library/consultant –
Order minimum: 1 sling
Order maximum: none

Pricing
Upon approval of your account you will gain access to the relevant level of pricing (wholesale or consultant) on our website.

Payment
Wholesale retailers are expected to pay via Bank Transfer, bank details will be sent upon checkout.

Postage
Retailers are expected to pay postage at cost price:
1-2 slings £4 (sling libraries only)
3-4 slings £8 (sling libraries only)
5-10 slings £16
Please contact us at info@mamaruga.com to enquire about shipping options for orders of more than 10 slings and let us know if you have a preferred courier.

VAT
Mamaruga does not currently pay VAT and so does not charge VAT on any products.

Stock Availability and Deliveries
The waiting time can take up to 2 weeks from the time of your order, but Mamaruga Ltd. will aim to deliver your products as soon as possible. Larger orders may take longer, please check with us if you need an order urgently.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order for any reason up to the point of dispatch. If you cancel the contract within this time period, any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 14 days (excluding custom orders or orders over 50 slings).

Returns Policy
We do not accept returns on wholesale orders unless faulty.

Warranty
We offer a warranty of 2 years on our slings; that it will be free from defects or faulty workmanship for this period.
Our slings need to be looked after to avoid unnecessary damage. However, if there are genuine problems with a product, you as the retailer must fix the situation (offer an exchange or refund). The retailer can’t tell the customer to go back to the manufacturer. Our contract exists with you and we will liaise with you to resolve any problems. On the rare occasion there is a faulty product we will of course exchange this for another one with yourselves.

Please note:
In case of delivery of goods abroad, Mamaruga Ltd is not responsible for any customs duties, fees or taxes incurred due to the transport of goods from the United Kingdom. These costs shall be covered solely by the Buyer.

A contract between the customer (Retailer) and Mamaruga Ltd for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched. This does not affect your statutory rights.

By placing a wholesale order with Mamaruga Ltd you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to our full wholesale terms and conditions mentioned above.
